Customer Data Deletion

Diners do not create persistent user profiles. Table dining sessions and temporary order notes automatically expire after dining session closure. If you would like any customer contact number removed from past invoices, email privacy@qrmenu.app with your order number.

Restaurant Owner & Staff Account Deletion

Restaurant owners can request full deletion of their account, staff memberships, and outlet records at any time. To initiate account deletion:

1. Log in to your restaurant dashboard at /login
2. Navigate to Settings > General Profile
3. Select "Delete Restaurant Account" or email delete@qrmenu.app with your verified owner account email

Upon confirmation, all database records, menus, and associated files are purged within 14 business days, in compliance with data protection laws.
